Some other projects that we’ve learned of.

PhilTel
Hosting a phone in a bookstore in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They also provide technical help, a free line for programming Protel payphones, and various phreak information.

RandTel
Hosting several outdoor phones in Vermont. We haven’t communicated with anybody involved, but a person who has done work for Futel has passed on information and encouragement from us.

Good Phone Project
Hosting a phone in Rochester NY. Started when Eric Kunsman documented county payphones and some of the effects on the community when they were active and after they were removed, for his Felicific Calculus project.
